K2 Dental Arts specializes in the training and support of the 3Shape Trios Intraoral Scanner. In addition, we also accept scans from all major scanner manufacturers.

Intraoral scanning training services

We provide free training and support for practices using intraoral scanners. This includes introductory sessions, chairside assistance and remote support. 

Free introductory training sessions: 

• One of our expert clinical trainers will conduct personalized introductory training sessions for your entire office.
• Our first session with the dentist's office is a full day of general software training and as much practice scanning as the office wants.​​

Free chairside assistance: 

• Trainers are available chairside not only in the initial days, but also on an as-needed basis, i.e. if you have a change of staff.

Free phone assistance: 

• Our office staff is available to provide phone assistance and can remotely access your computer during cases.
• Any technical or software questions can be answered by our entire staff, so issues are handled immediately.
• Anytime the office needs a reminder on where, why or how cases are submitted, we're available and happy to help! 
• K2 provides tips and advice on how to time-efficiently create and finish an entire case.
